Good information. Our son and family moving to Princeton area. Auto train would be possibility. Another possibility would be taking Frontier Airlines from Orlando, into Trenton. Anyone flown Frontier

Every time I check on prices for the Auto Train, they seem very expensive. We drive from CT to The Villages or back and figure that our travel expenses (gas, tolls, food and 1 night at a hotel) run between $250-$275 one way. Auto Train is double plus at best.

Wish that Auto Train would run between New York and DC cause that is where the crazy aggressive drivers are always in a hurry. Once south of Richmond VA, the drive is much more relaxed on 95. We have taken a more westerly route 26/77/81/84 and you have to be weary of weather in the winter months and the truck traffic put-putting up the mountains all the time.
