I just bought two for early December, a Thursday to Sunday. $377 for two round trip non stop. Leaves mid morning and comes back late at night arriving at 5 am or so in Orlando. Not many early trips back for a non stop flight Cheapo air

Thanks Jane!
I just found a round trip ticket for one at decent times for under $400. Kayak. Since I don’t travel often, that cost includes extras, that I thought I should get at, to me, a still reasonable cost. On Frontier.

Try Frontier and Southwest for the lowest cost flights. Keep in mind they are no frills.

The advantage of SW is that they allow two pieces of luggage at no charge and there is no penalty to change or cancel.

Fares bounce around constantly. I usually use Kayak to check. If I recall correctly they will notify you if the fare on a flight you are interested in drops, a watchdog service. BUT, when I book I always do it through the airline for these reasons and more, especially on AA as I am a lifetime Platinum having flown 2.6M miles on that airline, its partner airlines and two airlines that ultimately merged into AA, AmericaWest (AmericaWorst) and US Air (Useless Air). 7 Reasons to Book Directly with Airlines and Hotels

Dear Manaboutown, You are right about booking directly with the airlines. I booked a nonrefundable airfare through Travelocity last year and needed some customer service. The airline referred me to Travelocity. Travelocity referred me to the airline. Neither one wanted responsibility for the ticket.

We don't fly on planes often, but when we do, we go with a cheap airline like Frontier and then pay for the upgrade. Sure it's not as nice as Delta, but when you upgrade you get more legroom than you do with the economy seats on Delta, and the ticket prices are usually still cheaper.

Use the Hopper App. Will see flights and get notified of changes.
