Question Port of Miami to The Villages by bus???

Hi, I need your advice, recommendations...

I'm coming to visit the Villages in November but combining it with a cruise out of Miami. I'm not particularly keen on driving thus the reason I seek your advice.

Have any Villagers used any sort of public transport to get to the Miami Cruise Port & back? I will actually only need it one way as I do plan on simply flying out of Orlando & using the shuttle to the airport.

Any ideas, suggestions would be more than appreciated!

Check out Stops Archive | Red Coach . It's a luxury bus out of Ocala and goes to Miami Airport. They also offer shuttles from the bus to area attractions. You could call and see if they do what you need.

Both Hertz and Enterprise have one-way rentals out of TV. Budget is further away in Leesburg. I can usually find one for about $75. They all have offices near the port with shuttles.

You could also consider picking up a one-way car on your arrival in Orlando, using it in TV then dropping it in Miami. You would have more companies to choose from. Just shop around for the best rate.

I know you said you weren't keen on driving, but it could be your lowest cost option.

Yankee Trails operates a bus to/from the cruise ports

We used them to Port Everglades last March and, since we the only ones going from TV, we went in a car not a bus
