Just got back from a cruise on MSC--was the worst cruise we have ever been on. Thought that we were getting such a great deal then found that we were getting what we paid for--cold food, bad service from staff (didn't matter what you ask for!) and the list goes on!! The boat itself is dark, narrow halls (they use mirrors to make it feel bigger) entertainment sub-standard, bar service so so--if you have a favorite drink, most of the time it is only available at certain bars, unlike other ships we have been on, the ice cream machine is only available certain hours and the cones are the kind we used to get for our kids when they were VERY small. The list could go on, but will say I would never book on MSC Divina again!!!::

Yep have heard that before.
A ship and its services are as good as the Captain.
A major firm is as good as the CEOs in charge

we did the first MSC Lirica on its first cruise out of south florida......3 night cruise....about 3 years ago or so?....

as experienced cruisers we know what to expect and were sorely disappointed.

we couldn't even get a cup of coffee...regular....after meal times.....

we were required to buy specialty coffees.....

italian style cruise was not for us....
