I am female, planning to travel solo to Israel for two weeks in September 2014 and am looking for tour company recommendations. I plan to fly into Tel Aviv and spend a couple of days there, then tour Haifa, Jordan, Masada etc. - major sites outside of Jerusalem. I plan to visit Jerusalem for a week of independent exploration after seeing the aforementioned sites.

I am looking for a tour company that offers either 5-7 day tours from Tel Aviv to major sites outside of Jerusalem, or an organization that offers single day trips or short excursions from Jerusalem.

I do NOT want a round trip package, as I will be traveling on from Israel to France for further travel. Nor am I looking for a religion focused tour; the comprehensive history of the region is my interest.
