Default Sky Princess - November Transatlantic - Port Canaveral

We return from the UK on the Sky Princess, getting into Port Canaveral on November 30

I suspect we shall rent a car, but just wondering if any of you good people are also on that sailing and want to split a ride

If you want to suggest other ways to get to TV from PC then feel free (we've done Cruise Express but since they no longer do one-way for half their return fare...) but please remember two things:

1) I do not have a car;

2) it is one-way as I am not leaving from PC beforehand.

Thank you

Princess will certainly be offering, at a cost, transportation to Orlando airport. From there you can take the transit bus back to TV. Not sure about saving money or time. But you asked for options.

Thank you, blueash - that's one I hadn't thought of (or seen posted anywhere before)

Anything to avoid Cruise Express's rip-off one-way fare. I'd rather pay extra than reward their greed.

Thank you, Howdy. We have used Hertz and found them convenient. Most people seem to rent from Leesburg but that is no good for us as we only have a golf cart.

Sounds good, Stu

Mrs Fox is putting together a spreadsheet of all of the options - of which there are many - so I'll send you a PM once we've worked out what's best.

We're also looking for people with whom to form a Trivia team on board :-)

With your help, Mrs Fox has found numerous ways to get us back to TV, and the winner is (drum roll, please).....Good Ol' Uber

We have heard that there are quite a few Villagers on that voyage, so send me a PM if you are and might want to share a ride.

Upside of sharing - cheaper per person

Downside of sharing - takes time to drop everyone off in TV if they live far apart

Second downside - waiting for that couple to finish breakfast, when we all agreed to meet at 9am

Thank you
