I sailed on Viking in one of their new longboats last year. Fabulous and got a two for one deal. Loved it, Budapest to Amsterdam, called the Grand European cruise is the best. There are more expensive lines but this was nice and personal, food was superb, entertainment good and price was right.

We took Uniworld's cruise down the Enchanting Danube from Passau to Budapest. It was our second trip with Uniworld, and it was great. The tours were super, and the ship was outstanding. Booked through AAA @ Sumter Landing, (Kathy J.) for both our tours, and were very happy with bookings. You can probably pay less, but I don't think you can do better. JMO Google Uniworld for info on trips and ships.

Use your favorite travel agent. We used Maribeth from Legendary Journeys as they had a special because the rep was there giving a presentation. I loved it.

We've taken several river boat cruises with Tauk that have been fantastic! I highly recommend them. What I like about Tauk is they really fill your days up and you get to see and know the region you are touring in extremely well. I think other river cruise companies leave lots of "open time" or charge you for side trips.
