Don, everyone takes risk, going to the bank and standing in line can get you shot by some robber...it happens every day. Go on your adventure, be cautious and shrewd. When I was there recently, the operator of our bus would not let any of us sit in the first two rows on the bus. In addition, we had a police escort and a police tailgater follow us. But the magnificent sites and 5,000 year old historical sites far out weighed all the concern over safety.
