In July for the weekend of the 11th-13th we need a 2 bedroom condo or hotel for 4 adults and 1 baby. If anyone has a rental for us I would so appreciative of that.

Wow. I so love Traverse City. Would you consider Elk Rapids? It's within 30 min. of TC, and there are some condos on the beach there, have a pool. I could dig around and find them.

I love Traverse City too! There are several condos on the East Bay. You can check them out on tripadvisor.com.

You may want to consider The Homestead Resort which is about 30 minutes west of TC in the heart of the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Check it out at The Homestead: Michigan Resort for Golf, Weddings & Meetings. We've been vacationing there for over 20 years.

For what you want, The Homestead has no availability for your dates. Also, that's a pretty pricey place, just so you know.

The other problem is going to be the fact that July 12 is the end of the TC Cherry Festival, with big fireworks. The Cherry Festival is a huge draw for northern MI. But I will check **** for you.
