1 can whole carrots drained
butter
parmesan cheese

Heat carrots in butter in frying pan. After heated add parmesan cheese and turn off heat. Mix and serve. So easy.

Boil sweet potatoes and let cool. Slice in half inch strips lengthwise.

Heat 1/2 stick of butter in frying pan. Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

Add potatoes to pan and sautee until caramelized.
