Default Quick healty appetizer

Skewer a grape tomato, basil leaf and fresh mozzarella cube. Brush with quick dressing made with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and fresh ground pepper. Good by themselves, but I often add mini zucchini cubes as well, You could add just about anything: olives, artichoke hearts, whatever. Stacked on a small tray or dish, they look beautiful and people love them.

We got tired of the cheese and crackers and made the little smokies wrapped in crescent rolls. My husband and our friend would eat at least 6 each...lol.

Water-chestnuts wrapped in bacon. Picky to make, but yum-yum delicious.
