By the way the person who recommended Heinz Beans or Heinz baked Beans. The Heinz Baked Beans available in the British Section of ethic food aisle are different then what you are used to, and probably the one that the person is suggesting.
I'll have to check out the British food booth next time I go to the Marion market. I love sheppards pie. I like baked beans too but the only place that makes them close to how I make mine is Sonny's bbq.

Very quick and very easy:
Defrosted package of creamed spinach
Defrosted tilapia
Italian bread crumbs
butter or I use butter Pam spray
Shallow baking pan sprayed with Pam. Spread the spinach in the shallow pan (I use a Corning pie pan that can be used under the broiler). Lay the tilapia over it, season with salt and pepper if desired and spray with Pam or drizzle with some melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs and drizzle with a small amount of melted butter or spray again (I use Pam). Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily, is transparent/white and spinach is hot. Very easy and if you like spinach, its a great all in one meal. You could serve with another veg, a salad or a starch with it.

Default lemon sole

I can buy it in any supermarket here in England, fresh or frozen. Frozen fish cooks best with this recipe. If you can not get lemon sole, I think any white fish with a delicate flavour would do.

I'll ask our seafood department if they have it "next time I shop".
Will try it, for sure.
You should be able to make this recipe with any white fish. Try it with Tilapia which is a lot less $$ than sole.

Corned beef, cabbage and potatoes on St Patty's Day - awesome and enjoyed in the mountains of North Georgia. Where I go my crockpot follows!
