If you are a fan of Colorado Green Chile sauce this is for you.

My son lives in Colorado and when we go there I eat all of the Green Chile I can stand. My son sent me some frozen green chile sauce and it is fantastic. Not cheap but worth every penny.

I will be reordering.

No I have not been there but will try it on our next trip. Hope you enjoy the Green Chile that you ordered.

Thanks, but I'll stick with New Mexico chile as it is far better... and there are a great variety, not just "Hatch". New Mexico chile - Wikipedia

Probably Made from NEMEX big Jim’s that holds the world record for biggest/longest peppers. I have some seeds which I will try this year.

Stationed in NM in the early 90’s I seen miles of Chile’s growing in fields in western Texas and NM. I’m sure Colorado green chile made out of NEMEX hybrids Chile peppers.
