1 head broccoli cut up. (This is the hardest part)
1 GENEROUS handful grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons white sugar
handful of cranraisins
Dollops of mayonnaise to taste.


Keeps well for several days.

I do a similar salad but put in a splash of red wine vinegar and a pound of bacon.
