Has anyone tried this? Is it as easy as it looks? I've seen this video before but haven't had to separate eggs lately. Just wondering if it's really as easy as it looks on video.

Yes it absolutely works. I've done it many times. It's a great party trick and the kids love to do it! And if you're careful, you can suck the yoke back up and return it to the white and do it all over again!
