I read that someone was complaining they could not find this in The Villages. I know I can't find Goetta available in Cincinnati here either and miss it.

I am not Jewish but have friends who make this;

Prune filling for pastries etc.
24 servings
1 cup Pecans (chopped)
1 (16 ounce) can Stewed Prunes
2 tablespoons White Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Blend them all together in your blender or food chopper. Easy peasy.
