Went to Perkins yesterday for breakfast and had their orange cranberry muffin. YUM.

It reminded me that I used to make muffins a lot from scratch and they were easy and good and can be made to be healthy.

I used to just throw in a little flour and some baking powder and oil etc. and twenty minutes later there they were.

Do you still make muffins? I know one person does, because he sent some to me for my birthday and they were YUMMY! Thank you Mike.
