Default Tomatoes in the kitchen

Came home last night to find four bushels of tomatoes in the kitchen with my wife starting to skin, cook sauce, and freeze...Now i do love fresh tomatoes from the farm...but this time of the year its looks like a war zone...but then again i will be very happy with my pasta sauce in January... best to get out of the way....I am off to the golfcourse..

Try slicing them in half, with a pinch of salt. It used to be my mid-morning snack...
