Today I made a big pot of blackeyed pea/collard soup and served with cornbread muffins! I raised the collards in my courtyard! Yummy!

Closing in Gilchrist 3/1 so it is clean out the freezer and pantry February! Tonight pea soup from the ham bone I found towards the back! There may be enough meat to do half a Senate soup ( I will make no political comment here) later in the week! Cold here in the Atl area, should warm us up! Thanks for the recipe!
