Default 1 year in jail/$1k fine....

In Florida it's a class 1 misdemeanor for using exploding and/or flying fireworks. Be careful and have fun.

The only thing you can actually use without a special permit is sparklers, but don't worry, I have been told on this forum that 99% of Villagers are "rules followers".

Same in Connecticut, but be aware, states can confiscate your vehicle for transporting illegal fireworks, In addition, transporting across state lines becomes a federal felony, according to Homeland Security. They are considered explosives, and you can be put on the "no fly" list. Not worth the risk.
