Default Be in TV on Thurs., have a few ??

Woo hoo getting on a plane on Thurs to TV to meet with designer! The time is finally here, its been a long wait!

Have a few questions.

1. Are there any other Fernandinians from 198 out there?

2. How are the tile floors holding up?

3. Has anyone put hardwood floors in right away or better to wait until slab dries?

4. Opinions on Block & Stucco vs stick built?

5. Is the insurance lower on stucco homes?

6. Any one else out there with different decor than the Traditional, Florida or cottage styles? I'm not a seashell, palm tree, flamingo girl.

Thanks so much, Mama Bear

Our decor is different. Not casual. Hope it is welcoming and warm.

We had hardwood installed when the house was built. Been in since October and it is fine.

You can stop by and see ours if you like...just P.M. to be sure we are home.

Welcome to you both.

Gracie

Have some traditional furniture and some ecclectic things. Looks great and we like it. Put harwood floors in Living/dining rooms back in 2010 and they still look great and easy to take care of. I think you have to go with what you like and enjoy your life here.
