I've just posted a new video showing the construction going on it The Villages.

In this update you’ll see the progress being made on the Southern Oaks bridge, progress in Sawgrass Grove, and the expanded use of tilt wall construction for Veranda homes. I also take a look at the work happening in Magnolia Plaza, at Warm Springs Ave. and US-301, the Villages of DeLuna and Richmond, Middleton, the Village of Well Point (south of Monarch Grove), and the Buena Vista extension.

There’s a lot more going on in other areas of The Villages too, but so little time to try to cover it all.

The only information I have is that it is in the final planning stages and that permitting has started. I'll try to have more and better details to share in the next video.
