Is there something in my usercp that I can do to let me view only those new posts within a thread that I haven't read? Thanks for your help.

After reading all the posts you want, go to the Quick Links menu and select Mark forms read. Next time you login select New Posts. Then click on a post you want to read and click View First Unread. This is over the first post in the thread..

You can also select view first unread to skip over all if the replies you looked at.
