Congratulations! Not only does it seem to be the "friendliest town", but also "the happiest".

Biker B - we have a new Lily in Amelia and like the floor plan very much - Our lanai was extended out and we will enjoy that (we have only been in it a short time). My only fault with it is there is no place to put the tv in the main room except on the long wall. I really want to put my couch there so I can hang some art work that we brought with us (not expensive stuff really) over the couch, but it just wont work.
We love, love the big bedroom up front and that has been set up as a family room where we read the paper in the morning and I watch tv (if I don't want to watch whatever is on ESPN).
It also works out well with the pocket door so when our sons come with their families, they have a tv room, bathroom and bedroom shut off from us so we both can stay up as late or get up as early as we want.
I think you will enjoy the model - the laundry room is awesome - we have storage cabinets, chest freezer and still have room with washer/dryer in there.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The Lily appears to have evolved from the Lantana, with a few modifications. We have a Lantana and, like Conn8757, having to place the TV in the living room along the big wall is also my only real complaint with the floor plan. That means all the seating pieces have to "float" in the space and guest seating is limited. Otherwise the plan is great, with lots of storage ingeniously installed by my husband.

We're moving to Hemingway July 20. We bought a Camden. Hope to see you in Sept. By the way, are you a pedal biker, my husband is and plans to join the bike club as soon as we arrive. It is indeed "America's Friendliest Hometown."

Dancer64 hope to see you also, my wife and I will be snowbirds for a while. I also like the pedal type bike but I will be down with my Harley.
