Default 4th Square

How about Bedford Falls, Would have to have the Bijou, Emporium, Baily Bros Building and Loan... with street names like Capra Blvd, Uncle Billy's Street, Clarence Court, Zuzo pettals Street

Every evening’s entertainment would start with a performance by Village performance clubs doing Jailhouse Rock or Jailbreak before the bands start.

The businesses surrounding the square could be fronted by “cells” from which one could view the nightly goings-on. At least one restaurant could be styled as a prison mess hall. There would be a weekly food truck night where all the trucks are styled as paddy wagons from various cities.

As far as food, I’d like to see REAL Chicago tavern style pizza, hot dogs, and Italian beefs. Other food related would be a good bakery, breakfast joint, wine bar, coffee house, dessert bar, NY style deli.

And in a departure from clothing stores offering $80 polo shirts, how ‘bout a Dollar Tree, an artists’ studio for home decor, an Amazon pickup/drop off station, an Apple store.

Just spitballing’.
Yes, Italian beefs or combos (wet). Thin crispy crust pizza cut in squares, and Lou Malnatis styles deep dish pizza.

No political rallies or Scooter the DJ allowed within 1 mile of the square.

Shucks, I'm just a little homesick.
Don't forget the voodoo museum, complete with a genuine lock of Marie Leveau's hair!

Ok I would like to see Starbucks, a nice restaurant or two. As for the name I would think a southern name.

No disco allowed, and line dancers are only allowed in a designated area behind the band 👍

Thoughts for next square. There is enough "GOLF" here, no need for anything related. Food; Please, no more of the same places.
Stores; Same thing. Having different places to eat and shop would bring in more people from farther out.

I love the idea of a 4th square mimicking south beach or key west. They could do a beach club with cabanas, would love a Whole Foods. Smoothie bars and gourmet salad place like the chain Chopt.

What about a Trader Joes somewhere near Brownwood. The best store there is. Not Wholefoods, Earthfare is very similar.

Some really good french pastry shops, lots of seafood places, hurricane drinks with some Crawfish Etouffee and lots of BBQ. A couple of good bed and breakfast places vs a hotel or maybe a boutique hotel, and it has to have lots of cops who always look the other way. And of course lots and lots of golf cart parking.
Love this idea, especially the New Orleans theme. Wow would that fit in with the Villages themes well..... Mardi Gras every night, how fun.
A lake would be a great thing too.... you see how popular LSL is...
