Default AC Drain Line

Yesterday, water started leaking from the secondary drain line of my Trane unit because the primary drain line was clogged. The problem is the way the AC company that I hired (very good reputation) cleaned the line both times I used them. They clean from the drain line cleaning port to the outside. The problem I had yesterday was the section of line between the drain line cleaning port and the drain pan under the coils. I blew it out with compressed air but you can use a wet vac from the outside line exit as long as you leave the clean out port closed. The vac will suck the line clean all the way to the pan. After that you can still pour vinegar down the clean out port.

Good tip!
I'll put it on my to-do list.
Thanks
