Measure the size of the filter that is in there, then go online and buy a cleanable filter and you will never have to buy another one again. Just remove it every six months hose it off and replace it.

Take the old one to lowe's and they will help you match it up. wont hurt system if it runs without a filter for 1 day.

Just Buy from Munns. Yes, $50 but it is the correct size and it is a great filter.

I disagree. The Munn's filter costs way too much and it is not any better than the cheaper ones available everywhere else.

I think $50 is reasonably considering the filter should last a year and does a much better job of filtering than the one inch filters that have to be changed every two to three months and cost about seventeen dollars if you buy a decent one.

Online is much cheaper. If you have allergies don’t buy anything less then a Merv 13 filter which is a pretty good one. They will last an entire year. I have bad allergies and buy Merv 16 which is just about the best you can get. Costs me $90.00 bucks but to me it’s worth it. Be sure to measure your existing one carefully. You can try Filters.com or discount filters.com.

Default AC Filter

Never pay them for a filter. Home Depot or Lowes can fix you up with a quality filter which would be way cheaper than 50.00. This would be a rip off on Nunns part. Just know the size by looking at the one in there now. If you don't know how ask a neighbor. Most all folks change their own filters. A couple filters per year is all you need in most cases.

I think for most people, the Merv 8 is the best way to go. The higher efficiency filters can restrict airflow. But, if you use a Merv 13 or 16, they should be replaced more often, not less often, because they will collect more dirt and reduce the airflow through the system.

Lowes, Home Depot. check size of original. Also "Merv" number. Price avg. $29 - 35. on line can be a saving, depending on shipping. Generally a 2 pack
