Default Accent Wall

Moved into a new Iris model and thought we needed to do something with the huge wall on the one side of the room. Well your either going to love it or hate it. Maybe I watch to much Fixer Upper but here is my version of shiplap.

I love it. I’ve been planning to do an accent wall behind our TV. Did you use wood or tile on your accent wall?

I wanted to use re claim wood but that stuff is really expensive. So I went with manington restoration collection Laminate for about $3.50 Sq Ft. It is glued and nailed on the wall.

Very nicely done. And it looks great.

We aprreciate the need to try something different when decorating.

That is laminate flooring material on your wall? Was that your idea to use flooring material or was it suggested to you. I am in awe of the creativity. The end result is gorgeous.
