Think it’s using the heat lately that’s causing my issues.
Believe it or not, try hemorrhoid cream to the area - it is a short term but constricts vessels causing redness - I have it also and when I drink or get hot the redness comes out. worth a try I guess.

I can't tell you from experience if this helps but here is a link with some information that includes some natural ways that help.

10 Natural Remedies For Rosacea That Will Soothe Inflamed Skin.

I don't have rosacea but one summer I started taking a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar (Braggs organic) and I also started drinking more water than I usually did. When our snowbird friends returned, I got a lot of comments on how my skin looked so nice. This is the only thing I was doing different.

I tried several things over many years including several prescription gels/lotions. Finally a dermatologist recommended using Cetaphil Soap (bar) and prescribed Clindamycin Phosphate 1% Lotion (a topical lotion). This has been the winning formula for my acne and rosacea.

Default Rosacey

My dermatologist recommended washing with Head & Shoulders which I’ve done for years without significant results. Several months ago I started using Aloe gel made from my plants ( instructions on Utube) with great results.
