Here's the latest look at some of the construction going on mainly at the south end of The Villages. This is the 91st construction update I've done, and I look forward to many more. I shot a lot of footage this week, not all would fit in one update so #92 will be out this weekend.

Excellent update as always Don! It's hard to comprehend the scale and volume of construction without your video's.

Do you have a gut feeling for how many homes per month are being completed now days?

About 300 per month, not quite enough to keep up with demand so inventory is very low right now.
Talking with some of the construction workers on-site, everyone is looking for help to keep up with demand. Most are working 6/10s or 6/10s+8 to try and keep up.
