They may have carts but they're exceedingly slow, frequently do not have sunbrellas. Would rather rent from John Doe down the street.

The two companies I recommend are JJ Enterprises (352/259-9701) and Grandma and Grandpa's. Also, there is an advertiser of golf cart rentals (Rent Me Golf Carts -- post below this) here that I've heard very good things about.
