After researching, I believe a Windstorm Mitigation Inspection Cert. is only good for 5 years. Now that I am in search of a new homeowners policy, Im being told I can obtain a discount for having a WM Cert. I believe my husband years ago had an inspection but Im not having any luck locating any records of an inspection .
My home was built in 1997. New Roof 2017 .
Anyone have an insight to What and How to proceed ? Appreciate your help

Just had this done. After new roof, it needed to be done again. Used The Village Home Inspector. Artie O'Neill 352-299-3127

He was professional and easy to work with. Made a big diff in this years insurance. Highly recommend.

We used him also. Made a difference between new roof or NOT!!!
