Default Advanced Listing of Open Houses?

Is there anywhere I can find a listing that shows the new or pre-owned open houses that will be available in advance like a day or two?

My educated guess (based on my limited knowledge) No such list is available.

Ask your sales person, if you have one. They would be the only people with access to this insider information.

You might advertise in the Daily Sun as to the type of home you want and get contact with an owner who has not yet listed their property. Also here on TOTV

I like to go to open houses when I am in TV. The only thing I have found is that if you want to stay up late, just after midnight, that day's open houses are already listed on The Villages web site under "today's open houses." I wish they would post open houses a day or two in advance, it would make planning my day easier.

I agree...don't like to waste our time or the realtor's time looking at homes that we're not really interested in & we need time to research. Up north here you can get the open house listings on Fridays for Sundays!

Thanks again for all your very helpful responses...we'll be in your neighborhood tomorrow!!

They do things differently here. They don't need to list open houses in advance as they sell one way or another. They don't accept any contingencies on a new home including VA or FHA loans. They will not swap out appliances on a new home. It is what it is. They can and they do.
