Default Almost an official owner

We came down last week and looked at houses AGAIN! But this time left with a closing date of May 21st. We purchased a new CYV in Village of Charlotte. For the time being we will be using it as a vacation home and are so excited for the day we can come and stay. In the meantime we need to find someone to mow our grass. Any suggestions for someone who will not charge too much?

Something to think about would be replacing your grass with river rock.....the majority of villa owners do this, less maintenance

That's not an option for us because we have two dogs and need a grassy area.

LABSX2, Congratulations on your new home! Hope your closing goes smoothly. And do you have black labs or yellow labs?

We have a two year old yellow lab. Her name is Karli.

We just closed on our new CYV in Charlotte on April 5th. We live on Knightsbridge and have Frank doing our lawn.He is just wonderful and goes that little extra. He can be reached at 352-461-8351. Very reasonable and did a wonderful job at switching out our mulch shortly after we moved in. We are back in Michigan and its good to know someone who is dependable will be doing the lawn.

We closed on April 10 and contracted with Stellar for mowing and pest control........their price was reasonable and they were very responsive to all our questions.

How much does Frank charge for the small amount of grass that we have in the CYV?
