Beautiful! I much prefer sunset, being a night owl, but I may have to get up in time to see the sunrise one of these days!!
(I'm not really lazy, just work nights, so when I do see the sunrise it is in my eyes after a 12-16 hr shift in the NICU, so it's not really appreciated at that time!!)
I'm sure I would appreciate it more after I retire!!!

Hi PhanaticLuvr. Thank you for the compliments. I've been honored fo have all 8 of my photo submissions to TV Daily Sun's competition, make Honorable Mention for the two years I've participated. While not making the paper, nor the public showing, they were available on the Daily Sun Website, following the event's awards. The winners are exceptional, and deserving of their placements - some of them being professional photographers with careeers in the field. I wish TVDS would create a separate category for we "hobby shot" photographers, as our entry level photography equipment puts us in an entirely category. Please don't mistake my wishes as "sour grapes" because as mentioned, each winner and placement entries are magnificient and fully deserving of their moment in the sun.
