Default Storage Building in CYV

Are small maintenance free storage buildings allowed in a CYV yards? Since the garages are tight, maybe these would be a solution for garden tools & bike storage.

I'm pretty sure this question is addressed in the binder of "rules and covenants" all home buyers are given when they move to TV. If it's not in there, you probably would need to call Deed Compliance to find out. If you can't find a number to call, try a Sales Center and tell them what you need to find out. They will re-direct you to the proper office.

Many in our neighborhood have them but they are NOT taller than the fence so no one sees them..we don't have one so I can not say if is allowed or not but I do know many have them.
