I had already turned mine off. It is good to let everyone know. If you don't turn it off, your Internet connection can be shared with your neighbors.

Please read the article linked in post #31. Your internet connection will be shared, to the tune of 500MB/month max, but that doesn't mean someone can connect to the internet through your devices.
