Default New Home Prices Dropped?
I just saw online the base price for the Sanibel Premier model went from $413,000 down to $410,000

Did any other models come down in price?

Maybe windows are now "extra"

In today's world of rising prices, I'm sure that a few things were downgraded or omitted, thus "shaving" costs.
