Default Any Hula Hoopers Out There?

Just before my recent move to TV, I started working with a hula hoop. Found it to be great exercise and easy on the joints. Hoop was made and weighted for me. I would love to continue but haven't heard of any such activities. I live in Collier but am willing to travel for this exercise. Is there anyone out there who could lead a class in hula hooping? I would be willing to do the paper work and any organizing if someone could lead????

I have a hoop and the most exercise I get is picking it up when it drops every 20 seconds. I would love to join a class but I sure don't think anyone would want me leading it! I live in Sanibel.

I have a weighted hula hoop too! I meant to use it everyday, but I guess I'm a "group" kinda person. Haven't been very dedicated to the workout. We could do it together at my house or yours, and maybe more would join us.
I am in Sanibel.

Default Hoop de doop!

I would like to hula hoop too! I have two hoops at home, a smaller and a bigger one. I hula hooped for about 5 minutes and was out of breath! I believe it is good exercise as well but I need to get in shape. I would like to hula hoop with others. I'm in Sanibel.

Since two of you are in Sanibel and I'm in Collier I'll travel up North to meet with both of you. I've found that hooping to music makes it more enjoyable. Can we meet at either of your homes or in your rec center? Anyone else? Would love to get a whole group...maybe we could learn some fancy moves??? Paula 716-549-6176

I actually ordered mine, but I imagine you can get them at a sporting goods store or a Play it Again Sam. Not sure where they are around here. Just google it.
