If you are at all handy with a drill and a screwdriver check out blindster.com for the shutters. Did the whole house for significantly less than the stores wanted us to pay. No hassle and even after I miss measured one window they replaced the blind for very minimal cost.

As for the birdcage, we used Joseph Sweeting LLC several years ago and they were excellent. I would post the phone number but, my cell phone died and not all of the info transferred to the new phone...........
