Default Another Bond Question

Anyone know if new home construction outside The Villages in Sumter or Marion Counties are subject to a bond?

I may be wrong but I think that other new home construction sites use impact fees to recoup the infrastructure costs. Instead of a bond they become part of the cost of the home.

I believe bonds are just in TV, I know the Del Web properties don't have them. The first villa we bought in TV had the bond and impact fees. This was in 2006, when we bought a house in 2009 the impact fees were included in the price of the house.
