Default Plant damage on developer property

A few weeks ago I stumbled on the contact for getting some plants that have been damaged or dying on developer property. The "fix" did not work and I need to contact again, but.... I lost the contact info. Try making a few calls and got no where.

Does anyone know who to call for damaged plants on developer property, south of 466A?

Thank you.

I would start with an email to Erik Knudsen at districtgov.org.

Thank you, I found the District Property manager on the VCDD webpage, and gave the number to my neighbor. It was interesting because they got the run around initially. Then they called back and it was kicked up to a supervisor, so we are now waiting for someone to come out.
