Default Areas with natural gas?

I am looking for areas that have natural gas. I know there are some near the Lynnhaven area but how about newer construction?

I think Chitty Chatty is the only Village south of 44 without gas. All the new builds as of now are gas. (To the best of my knowledge.)

I like gas, I have natural gas service in my home. I particularly like gas for cooking. It IS NOT cheaper to operate a home with gas.

All new homes have zero home heating by gas. Water heating, clothes drying, and cooking are gas, however, none of these combined save enough money to offset the steep connection fee for gas.

Sometimes it is necessary to point this out for new villagers relocating from northern states.

OP, you can have a 250 to 1000 gallon propane tank buried on your lot, and your will have gas anywhere in the villages, so of gas is important, keep this in mind as you may well find a house and neighborhood that you really like. I have 3 or 4 neighbors that have done this. Other option is induction cooking, which I have read reports is a good or better than gas cooking.

Our friends did this when they built their house. The gas is only used for cooking...
