Not sure if I agree with the addition. If you or I pass on information we heard, it could be considered gossip or just an honest mistake. When some one like MSNBC or FOX pass on information that is wrong, that is more than a simple mistake. It is their Job and Responsibility to check and verify the accuracy of what they are about to report to millions of people.

Pete Williams, the NBC and MSNBC legal correspondent, NEVER said yesterday that an arrest had been made even while CNN, Fox, and the Associated Press were reporting that an arrest had been made. CNN's John King even described the unknown assailant in a racially insensitive way.

A memorial service for the victims will be held in Boston in just over an hour with President Obama and the First Lady attending. Also attending will be former Massachusetts Governors Mitt Romney, Michael Dukakis, Bill Weld, and Jane Swift.

Thanks for the update. Wikipedia looks more credible than some of the news sources for these current events kind of stories. This is one of the biggest stories this year so you can expect the media to get extremely competitive about who breaks it.
