We also only had a single shingle to be replaced. We have been on the wait list with the "B" roofing company for 5 weeks. As husband will tell you I am like an unqualified doctor - I have no patients - so I called Sack roofing YESTERDAY, they came today, replaced the single shingle, walked the roof and good to go. Great company, great workers (David), absolutely terrific. If and when the roof needs to be replaced or another storm, they will be our go-to company. Thank you Sack. XOXOXOX

If it is a fairly small repair, contact Brent with Skylight Roofing. I read recently that he made a quick repair on a roof at no charge.

I would just look for a place getting a roof put on and stop by. Chat up one of the workers and ask if they do "side work." If so, they will stop by after the current job or on the weekend and do the 10 minute job for you for a much reduced price.

This works on LOTS of things. Lot's of workers don't mind a little "side work" to bump up the ol' paycheck ;-)

Call Skylight roofing. It’s their business to let you know if it’s one shingle, or you have a whole section that wasn’t correctly nailed, or tabs not pulled.

Friends only had a few missing shingles, neighbor, did them a favor and nailed them back.

Two weeks after Milton more came off in a little wind. I suggested Skylight. It’s not a few shingles, 1/3 of their roof was installed incorrectly. Good to have a professional take a look, guy down the street isn’t going to check to make sure your roof is secure
