Since moving to The Villages, I am putting together a new "What Our Children Need to Know" information packet. I do not have an attorney here who would handle our estate in the event that we both or even one of us dies. Does anyone have a good recommendation for an attorney here in The Villages or also in Ocala? Our wills are up to date. Thanks

I would also be interested in finding attorney that will review existing trust documents and updating to Florida requirements, as I understand that documents prepared in another state might not be up to 'spec'

I recently used Millhorn Law Firm right behind Lange eye institute near Publix in Southern Trace on 466. They reviewed my current will drawn up by a law firm in Georgia and said Florida will consider it valid because it was done in a manner consistent with Florida requirements. Millhorn then updated my power of attorney, advance directive and a few other documents. I only paid $120. If my will had not already been acceptable they would have updated it for around $200. I was very pleased with the attorney and the service.
