Default B G's new store

I like the idea of having ythis new store but have a couple of comments. One, to much information is required at the gas pumps. Second, for a store of this size the produce section is deplorable. On two occasions when I got home to unpack, I found rotten oranges and rotten mini cucumbers. Where is their produce manager ??

Why do you not look at produce before putting in your cart?

Often find same thing at Sams so we have learned to look at the package as much as possible

Guessing you are talking about BJs, most I have ever needed at the gas pumps is my BJs card. I have been shopping at BJs for over 30 years and can honestly say I never went there for the produce.

Did you know Sam's club will DOUBLE your $$$$$ for returning ANY produce product??
Some years back I bought a bag of Navel oranges, and one was rotten.
I returned it and got a refund 2X.

You may want to check that one THIS year. What happened "some years ago" may no longer be the case.

Did you post after discussing your concerns with management at BJ’s?

Does not happen in a meaningful way very often. Would not return a whole bag for one bad orange.

I don't know about oranges, but one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.

I remember seeing old produce at my local BJ's during my "free trial membership". Never joined after that. Never had that experience at Costco.

Statements like this will have an effect when told to the manager of the store.
