Surgery at el Camino is on a 7-3 schedule, any cases after hours is a bus ride away. It’s run like a surgery center. Not their fault, it the footprint of care.
True trauma center will be welcomed. 24 hour surgery trauma on site, teaching facility, residents, med students, and education classes for staff within minutes of facility. Can’t wait for the build to begin,

If you're in Fenny, yes, I am...

I am closer to Morse and Meggison than you are...

You'll have to either come across Warm Springs, or the new Bexley Bridge...

The other route would be down Marsh Bend to 470... and then east all the way across to where it crosses the turnpike...

Me? The entrance to my village is less than a mile from 44 & Morse. A simple shot down to where it becomes Meggison and keep going thru Citrus Grove and it'll dump out just west of the new hospital site...

Maps are easy to read...

Wrong again. I've never bashed the southern areas. I am consistent in my criticism of those on both sides of the issue...

What I DID say was that we did indeed look at the southern areas when we were home shopping. The major issue (for my wife) was the power lines... She refused to buy a home where they were nearby (or even visible)...

I have also said we loved Marsh Bend and would have bought there if we could have found a home we liked...

I have also stated that the new village of Richmond looks very nice. If something came up there (with a bit more room than we currently have, I'd consider moving there...

We wound up in Osceola Hills. It worked for us...

True... Where I live was once considered "the south", but now, we're pretty close to the geographic center...

My friends bought a nice place in 2007 in the newly built Village of Largo. They tried to convince us to buy then, and I was tempted, because the development would end at 466A. But, alas, we just weren't ready to jump then.

What we were told would be the southern limit is closer to the northern limit than the southern limit now, and it won't be long before the newbies in the newest new areas of the south will refer to our area (we wound up in Poinciana) as part of the "Historical" section.

It's all good. It's a big place, getting bigger. Can't wait to drive my cart to Disney World.

Our only solution was to play drive up ready golf, drive up very quickly, no practice strokes, one hit, hop back in and continue driving
At least they've finally found a way to get people to play faster

He said they don’t serve in pitchers as we typically get after rounds at other places. And they charged $7.00 per glass!!! Was like almost $30! A pitcher at other TV restaurants is about $13. What a ripoff.

So, we won’t golf at Southern Oaks until fall, and no more Sawgrass. Yikes.
What kind of beer was it ? If it was a craft beer, that or more is the going price these days.

If you'll never go back to the course and bar, what do you care about other options in the area for?

That is not a Clubhouse. It is part of a new concept similar to a square. You know the squares, where they serve beer in plastic cups?
