Default Ballpark figure?

Assuming that we find a court yard villa the wife likes for about 200k
beside the CDD ....any other closing costs?

I guess I am looking for a ballpark figure on the total cost to move in.

Question 2: What is a "Guest ID"?

thanks
Rex

Rex - Here's a recent post that should help address your question on closing costs:

Closing costs on a resale

There will also be costs involved related to a mortgage if you go that route. Those questions can be accurately answered for you by the lender and/or the organization that will be handling your closing.

Here's some info on Guest IDs:

"Ballpark figure" is the topic of this thread.

I thought it was about the batgirl for The Villages baseball team.

Oh well.

I just closed on my CYV last Thursday and my closing costs total were about $6000. This includes your real estate taxes and your home insurance in escrow.

My CYV was $175k.

New homes currently available in inventory:

Click on any of the options at the left (Home Price, Home Series, Home Models, etc.) to narrow down the scope of your search.

I think I was not correct. A courtyard villa is not the one with the picket fence is it? I think the AnnaMaria is a bigger house than that.

graciegirl, the Courtyard villas are the ones with the walls in the rear and tall fence with gate leading to the courtyard area in the front. The Patio villas are the ones with the little white picket fences in the front.

As I recall from last year, the AnnaMaria is a 3 bed /2 bath with a white plastic fence and : ) small front yard.
