Default Sunkissed cottage

We recently closed on sunkissed cottage, of course now in New York and need the measurements of living room wall by the door. We are thinking of mounting tv on that wall (we do not have pocket door) but are not sure if it will fit. Any info would be helpful thanks

Not sure if this will help. If you go to The Villages - Florida's Friendliest Retirement Hometown - New Home Sales, Home Resales, Build Your Dream Home, Brownwood Paddock Square then go to the drop down to the left "homes" you will see model homes, click on that, then click on cottage homes then Sunkissed floor plan. It will give the measurements of the rooms. I'm not sure if that will give you the measurement you are looking for. Or at least to put you in the ballpark, all entry doors are 36" so in the floor plan it shows the door open which of course is 36". If that is the wall you are talking about, it appears you would have at least another 48" until the entry way to bedroom 2 and 3. Or if you have an engineer ruler you can figure it out based on the measurements given. If I was at home, I could figure it out with the ruler, but I am out of town and don't have one. Not sure if this will help.

We live in a Sun Kissed that was built two years ago.

The wall space available between the front door and the door that leads to the guest bedrooms and bathroom is 90 inches. We have an electric outlet on that wall.

However, I feel the USABLE wall space is 52 inches because the front door opens inward. It will probably hit a TV that is wider than 52".
